Are you an open fire cooking lover? This slow method of cooking over the coals releases a whole other set of flavours that can raise your whole dining experience.

Showcasing the locally sourced Yagoona BBQ’s, paired with a locally inspired menu & live music with thanks to local musician Bre Ferguson, we are set for an amazing small group dining experience.

Sit back around the fire as our culinary team prepare the Entree over the Yagoona BBQ and we enjoy the aromatherapy of camp fire cooking from our inhouse Billabong Grill with the Lamb suspended over the coals.

Combining these 2 cooking methods brings a sense of being in the outback, under the stars and enjoying the simple pleasures of life.

There will be a full bar available, best bring your winter warmers and Ugg boots will not be frowned upon, dress comfortable.

Entree–

Cooked on the Swords over coals-

Grilled Chicken with Bundaberg Rubs spice mix, Pickled Cucumber and Allison Acres Salad Greens.

Main–

Grilled Rosemary & Garlic Lamb shoulder served with a roasted Sweet Potato & Vegetable medley.

Dessert–

Kadilly Coffee Espresso Martini Baked Cheesecake
