A pssionate foodie himself, Chef Dion has gone about sourcing what he believes to be a great Rib Fillet with light marbling for tasty flavour and he’s been in touch with local Seafood Providores- Red Shed Seafood to access some Goldband Snapper and Scallops.

Combining these flavours weve come up with the following menu for your enjoyment on the night:

Signature Main Meals:

300g Rib Fillet, Broccolini, Diane Sauce

or

Goldband Snapper, Fresh Asparagus, Lemon Butter

Both main meals will be served with Grilled Chat Potatoes and for the Seafood lovers at heart, why not add a Grilled Scallop topper in Garlic Butter for an extra $6.50.

We will have a chicken meal available for the kidlets joining us.
