Cooking from the open fire Yagoona bbq, we will be featuring this tasty Chinese style bbq pork belly with a camp oven dessert for afters.
Enjoying the cooler weather, we fire up the open fire Yagoona BBQs and get creative with flavours. A Chinese bbq style blend, served with rice, wok fried greens and chilli on the side for extra heat.
The dessert course will be a camp oven baked pear with an orange star anise glaze.
Vegetarian option will be Honey & Hoisin Tempeh.
The bar will be open and remember to dress appropriately for the weather.
