Let’s settle in and celebrate all things fire. Cooking over fire has been an age old process and Chef Dion enjoys Rekindling forgotten methods and showcasing them for everyones enjoyment- both visually and for the flavour.
We will be playing with an Asada style frame over a Yagoona, plus camp ovens, plus the tri-pod over fire.
Proposed Menu:
Fire Roasted Pumpkin Soup with bread for entree and then for main:
Asada Chicken with Chimichurri
Asada Pork with maple glaze
Roasted Chat Potatoes
Flame Grilled Corn
Brussel Sprouts with bacon
This meal will be served as a Family Style Share Platter Experience down a long table.
The bar will be open for your choice of drinks and it will be a super casual environment designed to enjoy the meal with mates.
The meal will be Gluten free (except the bread with soup).
