Good Food Month- Degustation - FRI 7/7/23 - HSG At The Gardens

Our Culinary team will showcase a number of local ingredients, some familiar and some a little less mainstream.

The essence of these degustation experiences is allowing everyone to build on their taste palettes, enjoy the company of other like minded folks and being able to ask questions and interact with the chefs.

Each course will be introduced and whilst we havent officially paired a drinks list for this experience, the full bar will be open and our front of house team will be there to look after your needs.

Amouse Bouche- Beef n Barley Broth- GF option

Entree 1- Brussel Sprouts baked with Prosciutto- GF

Entree 2- Jerusalem Artichoke Soup with Shitake Mushrooms- GF

Main- Braised Beef Cheek, Parisienne Mash, Heirloom Carrots- GF

Dessert- Sweet Potato Waffle Fingers, Finger Lime Custard – GF
