Beef Cheek n Brownie Dinner Event - HSG At The Gardens

Celebrating winter with hearty meals and decadence, enjoying the overhead fairy lights and open fire cooking.

Chef Dion will be serving one his favourite slow cooked meals:

Beef Cheeks, Parisienne Mashed Potato, Heirloom Carrots and lashings of rich gravy.

Dessert pairing will be a Chocolate & Macadamia Brownie (GF), decadent chocolate sauce and Vanilla Ice Cream.

Its been hinted that there may also be Mulled wine available for purchase by the glass as an arrival treat.
